Price Tracker Price Drop Challenge #4
This is our next showcase of our own real orders savings using Price Tracker SG Price Tracker function.
Even though it is not the Chinese New Year, we have the craving for Bah Kwa. Yes, the must have for CNY. But who says we cannot eat it other than CNY.
First, we used Price Tracker SG Search function and search for keyword “Bah Kwa”.
Because we have no brand preferences, we use a general keyword for our search. If we have a brand in mind, we will add the brand name into the search function for more specific search results.
From the search results, we saw many brands selling at many different prices.
Being a deal seeker and also on a budget, we chose Peng Guan Bah Kwa which sells its Traditional 500 gram Original Price at SGD 20, and discounted selling price of SGD 13.
With Price Tracker SG Price Tracker function, we track Peng Guan Bah Kwa Traditional 500 gram price.
Results?
We manage to order the item at SGD 10!
Price Drop
From original price of SGD 20 to SGD 10. Savings of SGD 10 !!
If we compare from the usual discounted selling price of SGD 13, that’s a Savings of SGD 3.
Upon receiving the price drop notifications from Price Tracker SG App, we went ahead to place an order of 500 gram x 3 packets.
Total savings of SGD 30 (from original price) or SGD 9 (from already discounted selling price).
For this particular item, it did not qualify for anymore shop vouchers.
But still, we got it at a much cheaper price!
